- Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing exceptional personal care to our residents. Establishing rapport with residents, staff, and visitors
- Creating a secure environment for our residents by following our company’s policies and procedures

- Prior experience in a position of caregiving, which may have included dementia care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and compassion for the elderly and their families
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A kind and compassionate disposition
- Skills in flexible multitasking and time management.
