The Primary Obligations and Responsibilities
Participate in all stages of the product development cycle, beginning with discovery and continuing through user acceptability testing and developer handoff.
- You will need to interact with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to successfully lead Product Design.
- Maintain high design standards and ensure that the design specifications are appropriately reflected in the code implementation of those designs.
- During the planning sessions, double-check that the estimates you supplied for design tickets are correct.
- Participate in drawing sessions where non-designers are also welcome. Sketch files, style guides, high-fidelity prototypes, micro-interaction requirements, and pattern libraries are examples of user interface deliverables that must be created, iterated on, and maintained.
- Make sure that your product design decisions are based on data by defining assumptions that need to be confirmed throughout the course of each sprint. Additionally, collaborate with the analysts in your team to plan moderated usability testing sessions.
