DFS creates two principal loan products: a short-term bridge loan for fix-and-flip investors and a long-term rental loan for landlords with expanding rental portfolios. Responsibilities:
- Handle loans from setup to closure in a timely and structured manner.
- Manage mortgage settlements with the borrower, legal, and title
- Check document checklists for accuracy and completeness.
- Examine title, legal, and closing papers
- Develop relationships with borrowers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Consult with transaction participants
- Manage an individual loan pipeline.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in title and/or mortgage
- We use a Salesforce-based platform and have excellent computing abilities.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Adobe products
- Solid Microsoft Office Knowledge
