Senior Manager, Corporate & Trade Digital Banking Systems:

The Developer will have a minimum of 12 years of expertise in analyzing, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting payment-related business systems.

Responsibilities:

Build or maintain.Net, Java, Angular, and Flutter apps, including, but not limited to, analysis, design, estimate, optimization, and the establishment of business requirements.
Responsible for the installation and enhancement of Finastra Trade & Payment Products Fusion Trade Innovation, Fusion Corporate Channels, Fusion Payment Manager, and Corporate Internet Banking Solutions.
Capable of explaining the process flows and technological designs surrounding it.
Lead any external integrations within our bank’s eco-system and/or customer/partner solutions/products, and implement the technical integration with success.
Assure systems closely adhere to regulatory specifications.
Need coordination ability with multiple product vendors/partners/customers/stakeholders.
Conduct preliminary design assessments and suggest enhancements
Experience working in a structured waterfall/agile development process, amongst others

Engineer, Enterprise Monitoring (EM):

Enterprise Monitoring (EM) is a team inside the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Production department tasked with developing CB’s monitoring tools regularly.

Splunk, APM (AppDynamics), and Nagios are included. The primary objective is to eliminate events where application errors are the primary root cause; hence, the primary effort will be the development of the Applications Monitoring tool.

EM Engineer will function on the team responsible for the delivery and L2/L3 support of Application Performance Management and other Enterprise Monitoring Tools (Nagios, Splunk / Splunk ITSI, Grafana, BMC TrueSight, Humio, or any other analytics-driven performance management solutions).

To encourage the use of monitoring tools by various IT teams during the development lifecycle phase and optimize the use of APM across platforms and service delivery models.

Emphasis on monitoring toolkits for proactive monitoring of multitier applications, such as EUM (end-user experience).

Agent of Merchant Customer Service:

  • Attend and E2E resolve the following types of customer inquiries through CRM within the TAT, notifying merchants of the same status.

  • NAPS Credit Card Refund to Merchant Account (POS and E-commerce)
  • Unpaid Credit Card Credit to Merchant Account Batches
  • Access the PRIME System to determine whether the merchant account is active and update all required transaction details (such as date, approval code, MID, amount, etc.)
