QFS Officer – PC

The goal of this job is to organize and make sure that incoming materials and finished products are tested for quality, collect data for reports, and do statistical trend analysis to find ways to improve food quality and safety. Root cause analysis and other quality control tools are used to solve problems with product quality and safety in collaboration with internal partners.

Among their responsibilities are taking samples, testing them, and keeping an eye on how good they are. Logistic Lead – Multan

Managing the flow of finished goods (FG) inventory from plant distribution centers (DCs) to distributors and making sure that protocols and paperwork requirements are met are part of the job. The main responsibilities include overseeing dispatch planning and execution, keeping in touch with 3PL companies, managing transportation budgets and negotiations, creating service level KPIs, handling invoices and accruals, reducing freight costs through productivity improvement plans, encouraging cross-functional collaboration, and helping with audits.

The job requires a commercial/technical degree, 5 years of supply chain experience with 2–3 years in the outbound supply chain, leadership and negotiation skills, proficiency in computer systems, analytical thinking, financial knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to drive results and implement change. The role is responsible for a number of financial and reporting tasks, such as forecasting and tracking monthly and quarterly operating cash flows, putting together quarterly BSR (Business Segment Reporting), helping the Commercial Controls Manager with statutory audits, tracking and reporting A&M (Advertising and Marketing) smart spend, updating Blackline schedules, making sure policies and guidelines are followed, managing intercompany balances and reconciliations, and processing payments. The job needs at least 6 years of experience and qualifications like ACCA, ICAEW, CA, CPA, or CFA.

Control & Reporting Asst Analyst

The Control & Reporting Assistant Analyst will help with financial reporting tasks like Thailand BU HFM reporting, sending in FAS 109 US tax deliverables, making lease plans, reconciling accounts, and reviewing the balance sheet. They will also help with analyzing financial results, making management review files, making sure laws and PepsiCo policies are followed, and working with inspectors.

The job needs 1-3 years of accounting experience, knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP, strong communication skills, and a professional accounting qualification like CPA, CA, or ACCA.
