Eligibility Criteria for NTHU Taiwan

• Applicants must be international students from any country other than Taiwan.
• Applicants must be healthy, both physically and mentally.
• Applicants may not be recipients of any other scholarships at the same time.

All international students are eligible to apply for the following scholarships from National Tsing Hua University:

Scholarship for NTHU International Students

• Doctoral candidates receive NTD 20,000–40,000 monthly.

Regarding the annual renewal and GPA prerequisites, please refer to the “How to Apply” section. (Available to newly admitted students who apply.)

• (5) Master’s level pupils: NTD 5,000 monthly or

NTD 60,000 annually.

• Bachelor’s degree candidates: NTD 5,000 monthly or NTD

60,000 annually
