Key Responsibilities:

Claims Management:

  • Claims related to vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents are received and reviewed, ensuring that all required information and documentation are obtained.
  • Conduct exhaustive investigations, including the collection of evidence, the evaluation of liability, and the determination of the extent of harm or loss.
  • Communicate with insurance providers, clients, and other parties to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
  • Evaluate claims according to policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and make settlement recommendations.

Customer Service:
