The construction division of our client is seeking a client service manager! The opportunity provides ample room for advancement and access to large accounts. The ideal candidate must possess a Level 2 license and at least five years of experience in commercial insurance.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Actively manages a book of business by analyzing clients’ exposures, coverage gaps, and loss histories.
  • Together with a client service assistant, she ensures that all insurance certificates are issued accurately and on time.
  • Review contracts to ensure the insurance program meets requirements.
  • As new products are introduced, we, in collaboration with insurers, develop coverage options to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Supervises and instructs the CSA on internal procedures and works to expand their knowledge of general insurance.

Requirements for Client Service Manager Jobs in Canada

  • Five or more years of commercial insurance experience
  • Insurance Broker License Level 2
  • Prior construction experience is a plus. Detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication and customer service skills.
