The chosen candidate is accountable for:

- Getting the dough ready for pies and bread
- Batter preparation
- ensuring that product quality meets the required standard
- preparing muffins, cookies, and cake batters
- Supervising baking and kitchen personnel and operating baking machines
- Making frosting and icing batters
- Inventory management and organization
- Managing baked goods sales and merchandising
