Acting as a stage for ECA’s Information, Technical, and Technology Services (ITTS) team, to provide net improvement providers for Edinburgh College of Art (ECA), all aspects of ECA’s net presence are of expert quality. Adapting and maintaining

Primarily responsible for technical improvements and ongoing maintenance of ECA’s public Drupal website, and for enhancing and securing customized websites and functionality as agreed through ECA’s net governance structure. Accountable.

To provide authoritative recommendations and preparation on net applied sciences and platforms, to control some of the net improvement projects, and to be accountable for the security, usability, and overall efficiency of ECA’s internet presence.

Your skills and attributes for success

• Relevant college diploma or equivalent plus applicable work travel for increasing web
  Or, applicable work journey for web, demonstrated progression through high-pressure work/roles
• Develop, maintain, and advise on recognized and extensive knowledge related to the use of Drupal and various applicable technologies on complex websites.
• Able to create complex internet websites using Drupal and Twitter Bootstrap CSS/SASS and strong understanding and riding
• Starting experience and knowledge of using basic NET applied sciences and frameworks which now include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery, PHP (Procedural and OO), MySQL, NET Servers (Apache). and content management systems (Drupal and WordPress).
