List of Documents for SNU Admission & Scholarship Application

There is a list of documents you need to send with your application for admission or a scholarship to Seoul National University for the class of 2024. Take a look at the list below:

  • Please fill out and download the SNU entrance form for undergrads and the SNU admission form for postgrads.
  • Ask the teachers you had at your old school to write online recommendations for you on the SNU portal.
  • Letters of enrollment from all the schools you’ve been to.
  • Korean (TOPIK), English (IELTS or TOEFL), French (DELF, GZ, JPT, HSK, JLPT, or DELE), or Japanese (JPT, HSK, or JLPT).
  • From high school to college to university, we have papers.
  • Your proof of citizenship, like a passport.
  • Evaluation certificates like SAP, Gaokao, IGCSE, ACT, A level, NCEA, etc.

Once you have all of these things, you can sign up for a free account on the SNU admissions website to start your online application for admission and the Kroean grant. You can then send in your application and wait for them to call you for an interview.

If you are chosen for an SNU scholarship and given admission to start classes in the next batch, the last step is to apply for a South Korean study visa. To do this, SNU will send you your admission/scholarship documents and an invitation letter, which you will take to the South Korean embassy with your passport to get a South Korean study visa.
