Your role as a Care & Support Worker:

Working at one of our Children’s Homes or our Supported Living Service, you will play an important role in ensuring that our children and young people have every opportunity to thrive in all aspects of life. You will guarantee that compassion, trust, and fun are central to our profession, allowing us to give the best levels of care and education to those who call St Elizabeth’s home. What do I need to have?

If you are caring and passionate about working with children and young people, ideally with some previous experience in care or education, and can commit to being devoted, motivated, and adaptable, you are just the person we are looking for!

What’s in it for me?

We can provide you with full-time or part-time work. The shift times are as follows: 7.00 am or 7.15 am – 2.45 pm (early) or 2.15 pm – 9.45 pm (late).

Paid indoctrination for two weeks, including shadow shifts
Enrollment in the QCF – Level 3 in Residential Child Care (must be completed within two years if working in Children’s Homes)

Location:

We are in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, and are easily accessible from the M25, M11, and A10, albeit we are not on a public transportation route. We do, however, provide subsidized staff transportation from Bishops Stortford, Harlow, and Sawbridgeworth in accordance with care staff shift patterns.
